Excellent is the best word to describe the room, service,et. The employees from beginning to end---reservations, to front desk, breakfast, room cleaning, and particularly maintenance. We had a very minute problem with the TV because someone before us had put on closed captioning. The service was immediate and resolved with excellence. The cleaning crew was more friendly and helpful than any hotel that we have stayed in. Your entire crew works hard and continuously. Keep up the good work.
