Cancellation Policy
Guests must cancel their reservation prior to 4pm on the day of arrival Sunday through Thursday and 72 hours prior to check in for Fridays and Saturday. A penalty of one night’s room and tax will be charged for cancellations within this time frame. No shows will also be charged one night's room and tax.

Credit Card Policy
Best Western Sweetgrass Inn accepts all major credit cards.

Check-in Time
Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m., and check out time is at 12:00 noon. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Guarantee Policy
Generally; we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy
Best Western Sweetgrass Inn has a $20 non-refundable pet fee night. The hotel has rooms designated as pet rooms so please notify us if you are traveling with a pet. If you fail to do so, we will charge a cleaning fee of $125 per night.

Smoking Policy
We permit smoking in some of our rooms. However, you must notify the hotel when making reservations to assure we have a smoking room available. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
